Roof Maintenance Program Overview
French Roofing offers a comprehensive, recurring roof maintenance program; Once enrolled, our team will schedule your 2x year roof cleaning & preventative maintenance job, similar to how your dentist schedules your bi-annual teeth cleaning. Here is a general overview the program, pricing & what is included:
Initial Roof Assessment and Inspection: Once scheduled, our Roof Assessor will conduct a thorough inspection of your existing roof. This includes assessing the condition of the shingles, flashing, underlayment, and other components. Our Assessor will identify any issues, such as leaks, water damage, or structural issues, and provide you a written report with notes & pictures identifying any issues or areas of concern.
Estimate and Proposal: Based on the inspection, we will provide you with a detailed estimate on initial roof cleaning & recurring maintenance needs. Pricing is determined on a few factors, including roof size, type & pitch as well as the number of trees surrounding the property. Typical pricing includes an initial clean and follow up clean ranging between $2,000 to $3,000 with a recurring annual cost of $1,600-$2,400.
All cleaning & maintenance programs include:
Scrape & blow roof, removing moss, leaves, and other debris
Moss & mold prevention treatment
Clear gutters of debris
Site clean up, clear walkways & yard of any fallen debris
Full roof inspection
Schedule Initial Clean: Once you've agreed on the terms, we will schedule the initial clean as soon as possible. The initial cleaning typically takes between 2-4 hours to remove build up.
Enroll in Recurring Program: Once enrolled, your property will remain on our recurring Cleaning & Maintenance Cycle, scheduled for the 3rd week of each month:
